Common answers to questions we get:

  • Do you offer cleaning services?

    We do not offer cleaning services.  We feel there are many excellent cleaning services in the area and want to only focus on disinfection.

  • Is your product toxic?

    We do not use toxic products.  We use a 7% Hydrogen Peroxide solution that breaks down into water and oxygen at its core.

  • How long does it take?

    In each room, we release a 10-20 second dry fog.  Although the process should only take about 5-10 minutes, there is a 10 minute wait time before entering the rooms.  This is to allow the solution to do its job.  

  • Does my house have to be clean?

    The cleaner/clearer your space is the better.  A quick wipe to surfaces and the floor should be sufficient.  We recommend ensuring all food is put away and covered.

  • What if I have pets?

    We recommend if you have a dog, to go for a brief walk.  The whole process from start to finish should only be about 15 minutes.  If you have other pets, we can work with you to move them as we disinfect each room.
